At Mila Nova, we are committed to creating timeless outerwear and providing an exceptional customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including but not limited to:

1.2 Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If your item is eligible for return, it may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and repurchased separately.

*An item is considered faulty if it arrives damaged.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, regardless of returns.
2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

Drop off your parcel at the nearest participating shipping point.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Your initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
If you choose to ship the item yourself, please use a tracked, reliable service. Mila Nova is not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.

Once your return arrives at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection to confirm it meets all return criteria.
